WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We take credit & debit, checks, and cash. We provide invoices with the convenience to pay online.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR INVESTIGATIONS?
Each case is unique, so the charge will vary. We charge $300/hr for fieldwork and in-house research, $150/hr for surveillance, and require a $3000 - $6000 minimum retainer. For financial asset accounts investigations, we charge $1,500 per state and up to $8,000 plus for national/international. For cybersecurity consulting, we charge project based. We also charge for expenses such as Travel and Expenses if used. All potential charges will be discussed in the initial consultation as we are transparent with the high-quality services we provide to our clients.
HOW LONG WILL AN INVESTIGATION TAKE?
Each case is unique, and based on the information given during a consultation, we can give you a rough estimate as to how long our investigation can take. It can take as little as one day to a year or more, depending on the location, information, and routine of the target or complexity of the case.
CAN YOU INVESTIGATE OUTSIDE OF TEXAS?
Yes. Although we are a Texas-based and licensed private investigations agency, we have a broad network nationally and internationally to investigate for our Texas clients.
WILL THE FACTS YOU GATHER BE ADMISSIBLE IN COURT?
Yes. We pride on ourselves giving our clients facts and evidence that will be admissible in a court of law. Additionally, these facts and evidence are also used in Dispute Resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration.
WILL A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR FIND MY EVIDENCE NO MATTER WHAT?
We will get you evidence that is legally obtained and the right facts. We pride ourselves on being impartial investigators, simply following the evidence and facts. Sometimes, our clients will find that there may not be evidence or facts supporting their initial claim. Our final investigations report will fully explain the case disposition.

Yes, we are the experts to call. We have an elite Cyber Investigations Team (CIT) that can provide a full array of services including Penetrating Testing, Hacker Threat Analysis, Incident Response, Digitial Forensics, and Deep Web Scanning. Our agency's cyber abilities are second to none.

Yes. We are one of the select few investigation agencies in the nation that have the ability to access such information, subject to specific use restrictions as required by various state and federal rules and regulations (GLBA, FCRA, DPPA, etc.). WHAT IS DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We provide qualified neutrals, also known as mediators to assist in various disputes. We are unique in that as impartial investigators that understand and communicate facts, we expertly facilitate the disputing parties to a mutual resolution. Each case is unique, but we generally require a retainer of $1500 to $3500 for such cases.

DO YOU HAVE AN ACTUAL OFFICE I CAN COME TO?
Yes, we don't have a P.O. Box or virtual office address. We have our own office suite where we can meet clients for confidential consultations as needed.
