ANDREW D. STERNKE, JD

Chief Executive Officer & Private Investigator

When it comes to critically analyzing situations strategically and tactically, there’s no one like Mr. Sternke. Our chief private investigator is a professional impartial regarding facts and admissible evidence. He is a University of St. Thomas School of Law (MN) Juris Doctor graduate with advanced legal evidentiary and dispute resolution skills. Mr. Sternke also possesses over 14 years in covert surveillance, security, and intelligence tactics sharpened from his combat deployments (OIF & OEF ), training, and experience as a Marine Corps Non-Commissioned Officer (Scout Sniper/Surveillance, Target Acquisition Plt) and as an Army Officer (Ranger, Airborne, Infantry). Along with his team, he will find the Juris Facta- The Right Facts while thinking outside the box.

JOSH, CIT

Chief Operations Officer & Private Investigator

With a problem-solving mentality and impressive background in the cybersecurity and intelligence industry, Josh is your friendly hacker and the perfect individual for leading the elite Cyber Investigations Team (CIT) at JDI. Josh is a Navy Veteran with elite expertise in cyber intelligence, cyber forensics, and cybersecurity. Mr. Light and his elite team are able to conduct Penetration Testing, Hacker Threat Analysis, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, and Deep Web Scanning in order to gain the Juris Facta- The Right Facts for our discerning clients.

GEORGE RODRIGUEZ, MS

Chief Digital Forensics Officer & Private Investigator

Mr. Rodriguez is the definition of a digital forensics expert. A Retired Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations, with over 26 years of law enforcement experience, 15 years of digital forensics experience, 6 years in employee misconduct investigations, and a 10 year veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mr. Rodriguez brings to our team and clients unparalleled expertise in finding the Juris Facta- The Right Facts. Mr. Rodriguez is also certified by various vendors of forensic software and possesses the latest techniques and tools to conduct digital forensics investigations. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Forensics from George Mason University.

ADAM TRUJILLO, BS

CSIRT Manager & Private Investigator

Adam Trujillo joined our team recently as a manager within our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) with over seven years of information technology and cybersecurity experience. Adam's proficiency in computing and networking systems, Network +, Security +, Ethical Hacking, Python, and Shell scripting with Linux Bash is of value to our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team's mission. Adam is also a Marine Corps Veteran with participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

THAI PHAN, CIT

Full-Stack Web Developer & Private Investigator

As a certified full-stack web developer and private investigator with a coding background in various languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Mr. Phan is a crucial asset to the JDI team and clients. Mr. Phan is able to utilize coding literacy to aid in investigative work and creating specific tools for our cyber-based investigations. Mr. Phan approaches all cases technically and logically in order to eliminate erroneous factors and arrive at the truth, The Right Facts.

NOEL S. LORENZO

Asset Analyst & Private Investigator

Noel joined the JDI team after retiring as a Criminal Analyst for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with 35 years plus of federal law enforcement experience. Noel has researched, coordinated, and conducted investigations involving: asset forfeiture (identification and removal), financial crimes, kleptocracy, commercial fraud, counter-proliferation, drug smuggling, and human smuggling. Noel assists JDI clients by analyzing financial documents/accounts and tracing assets for civil and criminal proceedings.

STEPHANIE

Case Manager & OSINT Analyst

Stephanie is our case manager and is our Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) expert. Stephanie is a critical asset in our relationships with our clients and the OSINT requirement of our investigations. Stephanie is a brilliant analyst with experience in various industries, bringing skills that are valued within the Cyber Investigations Team (CIT) and other JDI teams.

RAMON "RUDY" SAENZ, MBA

Director of Risk & Crisis Management

As our risk and crisis expert, Rudy consults with our high-performing clients to conduct business impact analyses and risk evaluation, focusing on establishing business continuity methodologies, operational risk management frameworks, resilience strategies, and recovery objectives. Rudy's business continuity/disaster preparedness background includes being a combat veteran as an Army Officer (Ranger, Airborne, Infantry) and as a manager in large companies, including a Fortune 500 company. Rudy holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and certifications as a Master Business Continuity Professional and as an Associate Risk Management Professional.
